We received our quote quickly after a site visit, and were advised on the process of obtaining a permit. Tyler and his team helped us apply and gave us a timeline on what to expect. I contacted Big Tree Services to remove a pile of branches and brush that I chose to prune from the tree myself. The service Tyler and his team provided was top notch in every way. Communications were prompt, clear and informative. The actual work was done on-time, and as promised. They cleaned up everything very well, and the yard looked cleaner than before I pruned the tree. Tyler is the man, he came back a few days later to finish a remaining stump due to my fault of having the stump covered by a ucontainer. Great machinery, I never seen anything like it, fast.
