Im 100 sure I will never ever go to that store again. Talk about unpleasant people. The 2 women that was working there was very unfriendly, cold, felt as though they didn't want to do bsns. They just gave off a I don't wanna work" vibe. The dude that was there is pretty much the same. I went to this store previously just to pickup a apple watch because they had the color my wife wanted. This dude had the same attitude then and today the same. Cold

Went in to upgrade mine and my husband's phone as well as trade in our existing phones. Waited over 45 minutes because one rep was busy hitting on a customer and the other was making a personal phone call in the back aparently (found that one out because the rep in front got uncomfortable when he noticed we weren't leaving).When we finally got a rep to see us he refused to help us so we left and went to the 3rd party kiosk that's at Costco for Rogers and other companies. Good job Rogers store!

I came in for guidance, troubleshooting Andalusia new phone and Kevin has provided tremendous service! I’m leaving with my new phone, over $80 new savings on our family line, and about 75 G more of data. All very professional, friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this location!

If your shop closes at 5 pm then you should serve your customers until 5 pm.We walked in 15 minutes before 5 and were told that they won’t be able to do the transaction because they were closing in 15 minutes!A transaction which would have taken 5 minutes max!I really don’t understand this way of doing business!

Extremly poor customer service, they filter clients Outside the store to make sure only the ones who are willing to buy something NOW comes in, for all other inquires they want you to call rogers customer service.. i understand we are in a pandemic but we have masks and desinfection station a each door. Filtering clients outside the store is a BIG Fail. Won't be going back to this store for a new phone.

I came in Wednesday morning to the Rogers store at Dix30 ready to switch to Rogers and add an Apple watch plan.The rep Veronique who opened the store late was borderline obnoxious and extremely rude. Zero customer service!! A very bad impression to say the least for a possible brand new customer. At the end we left empty handed and went straight to Telus.
