What a FANTASTIC shop! I'm a local and always looking for the next best thrift spot and this boutique just might be it! Particular highlights include: the immense supply of big brand jeans, reasonably priced Aritzia, and an adorable shop dog to greet you at the door. What more could you ask for?? This is easily the best women’s consignment store in Victoria! It is so well- curated and reasonably priced. Deanna is amazing in terms of service. Refreshingly, she tells the truth about what looks good and what doesn’t! Ive been there a half dozen times and continue to be impressed with the selection and service.

I had a great experience at this store. I tend to get overwhelmed with choice and the owner was very helpful in suggesting items and helping me build a fun and exciting work and party wardrobe. While paying, she found stains on a blazer that neither of us noticed before that didn’t look like they would come out. She didn’t want to sell me something damaged and I appreciated her honesty!

MONA is such an incredible store. I’ve never in my life had such a fantastic shopping experience. Deanna helped pick out clothes and fully styled me. Well-known designers and just an enjoyable shopping experience! I will do all my future shopping here. Highly recommended, so many gorgeous items. I can't wait until next time.

I hesitate to post a review that is contrary to all the others however my experience left a bad taste in my mouth.The young woman working was clearly not the owner of the store. She barely managed a hello"and although there was no one else in the store to assist
