FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

This company was identified by our insurance company to repair significant damage to our fence (replaced approximately 50' of privacy fence.) Once we got through the bueracracy of approvals, the crew showed up and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. They did a great job of communicating with us (and our neighbours) and always left the work site in good order. I would work with them again!

From day one of a kitchen fire, First Onsite responded quickly. They were at my home within an hr or so. They were kind, and very professional. They made a stressful event a bit more tolerable. From clean up to painting, everything was done well and properly. I would highly recommend this company!

The team was extremely responsive, fair, tidy, timely and knowledgeable. The insurance adjuster respected their experience and expertise as well, so it made my claim's process that much smoother too. I would 100% recommend this company for restoration services.

Steve came out first thing this morning to assess the damage from a basement flood we had last night. We really appreciated that he arrived on-time and answered all our questions. We experienced a house fire in the early hours of the day, Nick arrived at almost first light. He was very professional and helped my wife and I through the experience. Everything was coordinated and we did not have to worry at all. Nick kept in contact through the entire process and was very through . His crew that cleaned up the house were also excellent, the crew lead was very respectable at all times, sorry I cant remember his name but he also deserves gratitude. I would highly recommend First on Site and will personally recommend when possible .

Recently I had a flood in my basement and I didn’t know what to do. I googled water damage Barrie and found First Onsite Restoration. Their online reviews were outstanding and I put my trust in their company. The emergency crew was dispatched right away and the Branch Manager Steve Fox helped me through every step of the process. In no time the emergencies were completed and the repairs started about 2 weeks later. The highly trained and skilled trades completed all my repairs and I am very happy with the results. This company is amazing and I am happy I found them. I will use them again for all the renovations I might have in the future as they do these repairs as well. Thanks First Onsite team!!!

Do not recommend this company.We had several issues regarding our very simple fence repair.The biggest issues were:-leaving post holes dug and open for over 36 hours, our dog fell into one of the holes-leaving the site in completely disarray. I’m permanently disabled and had to clean up large chunks of concrete-used wood we have purchased for the repair-“finished” the job leaving our gate jammed shut and inaccessible.There’s no accountability from First on Site, they blamed the contractor who they also promised was highly professional in the same breath.I also faced discrimination based on my gender.The repair was not done properly but we got to a point we didn’t want to deal with First on Site or their contractors

All of the people from First on Site worked with us to help restore our home after a kitchen fire. They were pleasant, quick to respond and patient through a very difficult insurance process. They oversaw the reconstruction of our kitchen which was from the floor up to crown molding. They consulted with us and made sure that the subcontractors did their job on time and on budget. The staff at First on Site were always pleasant through many delays in the supply chain but kept us in the loop throughout. Brett and Scott were patient with us even when we were not pleased with the delays that were outside of their control. I would highly recommend this organization.

Thank you to First Onsite for helping our family. Late one night our upstairs toilet piping broke and water damage quickly happened upstairs and downstairs. It was terrible. Our insurance company sent a manager from First Onsite to help us out the very next morning! Coulton, the manager, explained how First Onsite would deal with the insurance company and also clean up the mess. Coulton told us not to worry and that he would help us through the whole process. He patiently answered all of our questions. We greatly appreciated Coulton’s caring and calming nature. The clean up crew did an excellent job and were very kind (I liked how they put down covering on our floors to protect them.). Coulton assured us that we could contact him anytime with questions. We are thankful that our insurance company sent First Onsite to help us navigate through this tough time.
