Chris and Hayden replaced our furnace, A/C and hot water tank. They were professional, on-time and easy to work with. They attended to our needs and got the job done on time and on budget. In addition, we asked Chris to look at our pool heater. He did a great job, including listening to what we needed, and for the first time in 3 years we have a working pool heater. Previously, we had 3 different techs tell us that it worked fine and then never return phone calls. Chris listened to our description of the problem, heard our frustrations, and then stuck with the job until it was done. We couldn't be more happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Murray’s heating and cooling just over a year ago after purchasing a home with a furnace, I called them in to clean and service said furnace, they were prompt, polite and knowledgeable.Now today Tuesday May 3 2022 I again called Murray’s Heating because my furnace was not kicking on although I could hear it trying to. Chris Robinson came to my home and with in minutes figured out the issue, had parts in his truck, had it fixed in record time, because of the age of my furnace I’m wanting to get a new furnace installed, again Chris was there with an answer to EVERY question I had and will be getting back to me with estimates and making sure what I get also has a rebate with it. Murray’s heating and cooling is a top notch company with an extremely caring staff. Keep up the good work.

Fraser was really amazing with my elderly mom. I had to try to coordinate furnace repairs for her from a distance and Fraser was the only one to call me back. I had a tricky wiring problem with my thermostat/heating system. I called Fraser at Murray's Heating & Cooling Solutions and he responded right away. He showed up promptly (in fact a few minutes early) to our appointment and he was professional and patient throughout the troubleshooting process. And although my problem was a relatively novel one, Fraser undertook all necessary research and expertly resolved the issue. He had me up and running within a couple of hours! He also went above and beyond to follow up with me to ensure that the system was still behaving over the next day or so.Incredible service and professionalism.
