Bought a great car from Mel and team this last week. They are indeed quality people of integrity and went above and beyond what you’d expect. I look forward to doing future busy with this dealership team.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. The worst customer service i have ever had. Things were missing out of the description that were wrong with the car.. and said they would never re negotiate the price that we talked about over the phone. they have no idea what they are talking about as they told me i could still drive the car if the timing belt went and for those that don’t know if the timing belt goes it causes extensive engine problems. When talking about the wiring to the speakers because no sound was playing they said it was probably a lose connection wire and for that to be the case 8 wires would have to be lose and when i said that the owner of the building got in my face and talked to me like i was 4. check engine light came on as we left for the 2nd time but there’s no way i’m taking it back for them to look at, i will get someone else.

I took my son here in search of his first car. Mel was very accommodating to us and genuinely interested in him finding the right vehicle. Although we did not end up buying anything; he did not pressure us and sent us a text wishing us the best of luck. I will refer him to anyone and he will be our first choice in future purchases. Way to go !!!

Wow, unbelievably positive experience when buying a car. This is our second vehicle from this dealership and we would go back for a third! Got a very nice deal with Mel-Ben!He is usually bluntly straightforward and doesn’t talk too much. It took around 7-8 minutes to see the car, like it, drive it around the block, make the payments and get out.You don’t need to ask too many questions. They are giving you what they are charging you for… nothing more… nothing less!My experience was pleasant! Surely can recommend to my friends and hopefully visit them again to upgrade.One happy customer here!
