The owner of this place is the most inconsiderate and rude owners of a business I have come across. I arrived just outside the hours for their U-Haul pickups, but the store was still open and the owner / manager was present. Even after explaining my situation on bad roads and the need to move this weekend, he refused to process the U-Haul pickup. I got U-Haul on the phone and he would not even speak with them. He had the keys, he had the truck. He would just say, I am owner

Be careful.Typical Cheats.Know that this is a manual pump. If you are filling up your tank, then go back inside and collect the money. The cashier here who appeared to be of Chinese origin will not tell you, but will slyly let you go.I was gullible. I paid $275 for gas, but filled up only for $187 and left assuming that I will be charged only for $187. I don't have the receipt and the owner or manager used that to his favor. $88 extra in your till is not something that is not easily verifiable.

Rude and horrible customer service. We were there on a weekend, tried to pick up the uhaul and the lock broke. We asked for help and all he said was I don't care

This place offers emmenties as diesel fuel parking and a varity store but the buisness owner is some what rude if you ask a question or for help when asking about uhaual drop off

Arrived Friday after “u-haul” closed and was told I would be able to book the following Saturday at 10am. To find in the morning that they are closed all weekend, the staff provided zero service and or help with calling the employee or for any other assistance in finding another location.The employee was very rude and couldn’t give the time of day to assist us. Very very poor service I recommend to anyone looking to rent a u-haul to drive to Edson if possible.
