Raylene’s expertise and professionalism were exceptional. She guided me through the process, answering all my questions and ensuring that the work was done to perfection. Premium Roofing's team delivered outstanding results, and I highly recommend their services. A truly satisfying experience!

Premium roofing was extremly professional! We asked them for a roof inspection. We were quoted for two different repairs and we chose the more expensive option (just to be confident that we wouldnt have any issues down the road). When they came to do the work and after closer inspection, they found they didnt need to do the more expensive option and let us know right away, even giving us a partial refund! Its hard to find honest companies nowadays, but Premium has been honest, proficient and communicative. I highly recommend them! Thank you Premium!

From the beginning of getting my roof repair quoted, to following up regarding the quote Raylene answered any questions I had respectfully and informatively, encouraging my questions. She checked in to see if I had any questions once the guys started working on the roof. I asked for items to be moved from in front of my garage and they responded immediately. The roofers were quick and efficient and respectful and friendly. They did a great job with clean up as well and finished quickly in January! Very happy with this service. The roof makes the house look new again, thank you so much.

This company was phenomenal. They gave us a quote, and that's what we paid . We are a co-op they took pictures and explained everything in detail. Very professional service . Our 34-unit complex would recommend them in a heartbeat. They could have been like the roofing company that said it was over 100.000..... but we're honest and reputable ....check them out, and they send their own guys and not sub contract!!

Premium roofing is 5 out of 5. Jeramy took his time with us explaining the damage and what needed done even showing us why. He was on time and took his time explaining everything. Goes back a bit. Had premium roofing come and look at drip/leak from house roof to deck roof. Was told yes 100% could be fixed with 10 year warranty. Job was done in Nov. 2021. It was no more than 11/2 hour job with a couple of other areas looked at and had sealant put on. Was told sealant would never crack or leak and again a 10 warranty applied. Cost was billed at $998.59 and paid Nov. 26/21. April 2022 noticed original leak was leaking again. I was told to take a photo of the leak when it rained which I did and forwarded to Odell. The company sent out a repair person who once again looked at the leak issue and re-applied the same sealant. Well guess what it leaked again and Odell came and did some looking and re-sealing but this time I was told it was a previous problem....hmmm, why wasn't this said before? Well here we are now in spring of 2023 and wow another leak in the same place. Will I call and have Premium Roofing Ltd. come again - gee NOT A CHANCE! Would I recommend them NO. Do I expect more from them yeah but it won't happen. End result not happy with the job result or the follow up with a warranty the doesn't mean a thing to them!

They did some soffit repair work for me earlier this year that took them less than 20 minutes to repair and a handful of screws as the soffit pieces were in good enough condition to reattach without replacing. The guy spent longer on the phone with his office getting approval to quickly fix while on site to quote than it took him to actually fix. In the end they charged me $367.50 for a handful of screws and less than an hours labour. I definitely don't recommend them for any small repair work. They were however very professional and prompt.

After reading the positive reviews for Premium Roofing, I decided to give them a call... and I'm so glad I did!! They were quick to respond to my roofing needs and they have a great team of staff who were willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had.If you like prompt responses, great customer service and quality work then I would highly recommend you consider contacting Premium Roofing!
