I had my worst customer experience at this Canadian tire location, I ask the girl about the product and she saw me and ignored me, I called here again and the other girl stopped to whom she was giving the training, then she asked that girl also to not stop. Is this the kind of customer service experience you guys and giving??????? I have a big request to the manager of this location to give here the training first before she start giving training to others. I reported this problem to the cashier as well and I believe she must have informed you about this. Its a request manager to take some kind of action so, these kind of behaviour doesn’t repeat.

The cycling/bike section provided me with an exceptional experience. The staff who assisted me demonstrated extensive knowledge about the cycles and helped me select the most suitable one. However, my experience with the billing section was less satisfactory, as it fell short of expectations.

Place is a bit of a dump, staff is extremely rude and the prices are insane... Check amazon before purchasing anything, seriously do yourself a favor...

Had a really really bad experience with the old lady(manager) and 2 girls working at customer service.I bought a safe which was very heavy and big. Therefore, I asked the cashier to ask someone to help me load it in my car.I waited there for 20mins and no one came. Then the “old lady” started yelling at me “that I’ll lift the heavy box for you” and left to pick up the box. I asked her not to do it for me .. as I didn’t even knew that she’s gonna do it.She started to yell at me and starting mocking me in front of the 2 white girls at customer service. I was very frustrated and asked the customer service “2girls” to give me her name.. and they denied.Everyone was watching it happening but no one stood up for me. When I asked customer service .. both the girls started fighting with me and said “welcome to Canada” in a very racist way.They all thought that : I’m not recording.. but I was recording the whole incident for my safety.I’m going to raise a complaint against them and also will post the video online.So disappointed by the racist behaviour I faced.The old lady straight up started mocking me and taunted me for not picking up the box. Was this my fault? That I asked them to help me load it?Can’t post more than few seconds here. Will be sending this to the headoffice.

New update:They have requested to visit the auto shop again and the amazing thing is just to deny the damage and giving excuses that we are using this and that. After talking I told them I am not here to hear your denial and give me the solution.Then shop manager said we can only repair two rims while the scratches are on three rims from which he told me to contribute half i.e. $250 (slow claps for Canadian Tire). I have paid double the amount already to get pathetic service experience.I refused to bear this expensive cost then he told me he can try to talk and callback with Head Office saying that they will not be approving this repair cost for sure.Hence no call back and no solution given.Once again guys DONT RISK YOUR EXPENSIVE CARS.They are the worst. Had my tires changed from them last week. They damaged my rims with scratches. It was first and last with them. I have tried another Canadian tire in past and it was the same experience. So never ever go to Canadian Tire for any auto service.

Customer service is not too good. Some weretalking with you, about triangle credit card. Andthat's it.All they were told is to convince you toget their credit card bunch of employees willcome to you one by one to ask you if you wannaget their card even after you say I don't want toget anything they still qive you troublerepeatedly. Otherwise this place is okay to find things you usually want to get from a common Canadian tire

Canadian Tire auto repair service doesn't owe any stars for its terrible customer service. I never wrote any Google reviews in my lifetime they forced me to write up. I had very bad experience whenever I visited Candian tire auto repair, sharing here my experiences. 1. Auto service 1: (2019) When I bought a car in 2019 first time, not very knowledgeable about the car, so very next day I drove to near by store with parking brake applied so I got alerted in the dashboard . So I thought something with the break and immediately went to the Canadian tire then explained about the situation then person in charge of auto repair he negotiated that it should be a problem with the problem asked me to replace, But he never pointed by mistake that I drove the car with parking break applied. 2. Auto service 3: (2022) Had trouble starting my car even with jump starter so the problem never is in battery something with the alternator or ignition problem though, so I visited and told the problem again, same guy( who assisted in my first service ) again fooled me and said the problem with a battery which need a replacement. Even asked him to check the battery health he ignored and pushed me for replacement. After the replacement also had a same problem then asked him to check further and he not interested so he direct me to go Honda dealership to check. ( I last my working good battery completely waste of money). Also during my visit I replaced my winter tier.3. Here is the incident happened on 12-April, really god saved my life. I visited Costco in the evening when I about to drive back to home before to highway my front tier popped up and exploded with loud noise. Then had called road assistance for spare tire replacement and guy said this is something wrong with the rim sealant it should be fixed and tire completely came out of rim. So then my spouse visited to 14-Apr-2023 to Canadian tire at least to install the wheel on rim but the same person denied to do with free of charge and asked 44$ for installing on rim he said any problem with in 3 months of service would with free of charge. This statement is ridiculous how come we expect the installation problem would arise in 3 months of time. Here is my takeaway, People like him making good profit to Canadian tire by false statement with poor customer service. My question is why should I visit Canadian tire when they are not responsible for their fault always they target our pocket. Initially had a plan for tire swap but had cancelled it, I will never go to canadian tire auto repair service in my lifetime and recommend the same for others too.

[MINI PARTY CITY INSIDE] Went to return something and it went smooth and quick. Usually if Home Depot or lowes doesn’t have what I’m looking for Canadian tire has it for a reasonable price. Always come here since it’s close to work. Their clearance section is a giant mess. They literally sell broken or missing things.Friendly staff, always seems young. Clean place!Lots of parking.

Very disappointed with their pick up service. I parked in the designated space and called on the given number but nobody picked up. I went inside to order the pick up area and ring the bell but nobody came for over 3 minutes. I went inside to order return area and the associate over literally said I don't know what to do if nobody is there". Went back to pick up area

Great place to shop, busy location it has almost most everything from gardening, auto, house-wear and more . Huge selections of bicycles. I had an incident 2 days back, I bought my Sodastream as I was walking out of the store, another Canadian Tier employee was taking out a skid of large items. While he and I was leaving the store security sensor started to beep, so I asked the staff is it you or me beeping, he answered “it’s me” so I said ok and started to walk to my car. Then I see a Secutity guard running after me and tell me to stop. I felt embarrassed and wonder what’s going on. Then the security guard said I was told by my manager to check your item. I am sure everyone saw that me and the employees talking to each other about what happened at the moment, I am sure it was very noticeable. Due to this incident I was very disappointed. They need to work on customer service, incident like this one is very serious and sensitive.
