Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot return items to the store

This place has always been super fast, professional and convenient for my cable needs.

If I could give half a star I would even though eastlink doesnt deserve that. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month. Was told 24 hours then told 3-5 days then told 3 weeks now told 5 weeks. I am contacting the better buisness bureau. Stay away from these scam artists!!!!

I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name that was working today but he was very helpful in solving a problem with one of our phones and answering questions about the cell coverage in an area that my daughter will be attending university this fall.

I was supposed to have 5 bonus GB on top of the 3 GB plan cause they had a deal online and they only gave me the 3, but I contacted Eastlink an let me keep the 6 I put on my tab, took about 100 off my bill added the 5gb an gave me the next month free

If you owe them they cut your service.they allow their friends to use different names.at call centre.too high.get your own android box.cheaper

I went in today and got great customer service, the employee was very nice while helping me set up a new internet plan and it didn’t take very long at all.

The experience I had at Eastlink is not a good experience. They serve like if you want come or else go". However there are limited options in Amherst and there is a big demand making a less competition. I was told that I the technician would come to install my phone services between 8am and 5pm and I should stay at the location until they come. When I told that I have many things in my schedule they asked whether I would like to cancel the appointment and the next appointment would be after a week. Come on.. is this Canada? It is a Horrible experience. What to do when there are no options?"

Waiting for more than 1 hour to talk to someone in the evening, same music, messages, the Maritime company's service has deteriorated so bad, it is sad!

Champions of False advertising, Wasted our time for more than a week setting up a deal for our business security system. Missed the first install date because they didn't have all the parts available.Second install date came, and the poor installation technician was tasked with telling us that the package we signed up for was false advertised, and the only way to get around the drawbacks of the reality of the plan was another $20 a month upsell.The only people who get a pass from this company are the technicians. If they weren't upfront with us, we would have been scammed into a 3 year contract for something not at all what we were promised.Cameras they installed were not as advertised, And the cherry on top was that they said the system records only 1000 clips, and then we later found out that it actually records 6000. and we distinctly heard the person at the office tell the technician at our store it's 6000
