James was so easy to work with from the quoting process to actual tree removal. He was always on time and very professional. Not to mention, once the tree was down, he left my backyard in a very clean state. I will definitely refer Strategic Tree Services and James to anyone that needs an arborist.

James and Eli answered an emergency call on the Friday before a long weekend when a huge tree branch crashed into our garden and near-demolished a newly-built fence. They expertly and safely dealt with the situation over several hours on a very hot day, and left the site with virtually no debris at all. Highly recommended.

James and his team did a fabulous job with the trees on our property! He is a fantastic arborist who is very knowledgeable. From day 1 when we met with him for a quote to trim day, he was friendly, courteous, professional and prompt. We were very pleased with the results and his prices were reasonable. He personally made sure we were pleased with the results before leaving. Clean up was done properly; even on our neighbours property. We would not hesitate to recommend Strategic Tree Services to family and friends.

Strategic Tree Services Ltd
Had Strategic Tree Service come by yesterday and today. They did a great job and James the owner if very personable and easy to deal with. He and his helper worked very hard and barely stopped the whole time. I would certainly employ them again when I need more trees pruned.
