Great customer service and a wide variety of fragrances

Horrible customer service… walked in and the guy was helpful at first as he recommended multiple fragrances and was enthusiastic without me having to ask. He handed me one Armaf fragrance which I said I liked and then he let me know it’s priced at 79.99 or 70 dollars. Regardless, 70 dollars for Armaf… this is when the interaction turned sour, he asked me if I was going to buy it and I said no, I don’t think so (I don’t think that one would be worth buying from there when it is cheaper in other places, that didn’t mean I wasn’t interested in something else!) I then ask him about another perfume and the person helping me clearly turns into a salesmen who’s lost interest in a customer because he think it’s a no-sale, he says it’s the last fragrance he will show me because he doesn’t think I will buy anything, gives me the bottle and tells me not to spray it and just smell it from the atomizer. After I smelled it he said have a good day, without me saying I’m done (basically kicking me out.) Seriously what happened to customer service?! Since when is it okay to talk to customers or treat them in that manner. The perfume shop just lost a customer, just because I potentially wasn’t going to buy something that day does not mean I wasn’t going to buy something another time! It was so disrespectful and it showed me that I’m better off buying from another place, since when is the expectation that every customer has to buy something or you kick them out!? The worst retail experience ever!

Purchased mens cologne and it doesn’t have much of a scent anymore even within the first week. The boxes were in great condition but the bottles of cologne are definitely older than two years and have clearly been expired. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here as all items are final sale. Stick to purchasing your cologne from a name brand store like Sephora or the bay. The cologne I bought here was the exact same price as the other stores. Not worth risking your money here.

The customer service here is outstanding and my friend was short about $15 and he gave us a free giftcard aswell as gave us an extra $5 off! I highly recommend to come here and the selection and variety is amazing!
