If you’re in Toronto and need premium pet food delivered, you should connect with ROVR.They offer free delivery, which can even be same day, excellent customer service and an easy to navigate website.I was so happy with ROVR, I reached out because I wanted to share the positive feedback. So here’s my review. I’ll be using ROVR again.

Just received our orders. They arrived on the time they said they would, and it was a smooth transaction. The delivery person brought our packages to our door even (it was a 25 kg package, mind you). In this dire times, especially when all the big chains are miserably failing their online services, small businesses like ROVR need all the attention and praise they could get. After all, they deserve it. The slight price variation between the big chains is more than deserved in this apocalyptic world we are living.

Miss communication on the first delivery(weeks ago) but second (today) was on point and professional and 5:45(I booked the after 5 slot and added a bit about after 5 cause when I get home)Will repeat this order.Would also order Fromm cat food if they had more selection (they have exactly the types that these spoiled fatties dont eat)

Great pet food delivery service, really eliminates the annoyance of running out to buy a 25lb of food when you just find out don't have any more in the pantry -- also, they have a subscription service lets you subscribe so that you automagically get more food just when you need it. If anything changes (need it earlier?) email them and they'll fix it

I tried Rovr for the first time today and am so impressed! I'll be ordering pet food + supplies from them from now on. They offer the exact same price as pet stores with free next day delivery right to your door ( with a cute note ), what more could one ask for? Thank you for offering this service, especially during these times. I highly recommend Rovr! A++

The customer service experience and time for deliveries has been absolutely awesome with these guys. I do wish they had a larger selection, especially of healthy wet cat foods and dog treats, and I find the subscription updates a little frustrating because I am notified that I had a subscription coming soon, but it doesn't say what it is so that I cant see if I need to move the date. However, their customer service replies very quickly if I reply asking what it is.

Literally the best. Lugging cat litter was always the most miserable part of my grocery shopping, now I get litter, hay, and pellets for my rabbit and puppy pads and kibble for my dog delivered. The staff are super kind and friendly, never had any issues with my orders, and reasonable prices. Totally worth it.
