My dishwasher was not draining.Tried several fixes.Alex phoned me and trouble shooted trying to avoid a costly visit.He arrived promptly. Was very polite and respectful.Is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to converse with.I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities.Issue was problem solved methodically and fixed in good time.Highly recommended.Thank you for great service and a very pleasant experience.

I had an issue with my sump pump and Alex did a great job identifying the problem, recommending a solution and using the best part in the market. The service repairs provided was at an affordable price. He even gave preventive maintenance tips to prolong the life of the sump pump.. I would recommend him for future jobs..

He comes when he says he will come and if he runs into an unforeseen problem on another job he calls to arrange another time. He explains clearly what your problem is and how he will fix it. He knows what he’s doing and works with good speed. Finally, he has an open friendly personality and is just fun to be around.
