I had the most miserable experience with this location. There was still 2.5 hours before they closed but the guy refused to look at my phone because he had to clean up, and that apparently took him 2.5 hours. What's the point of having a business if you're pushing away customers? The employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and my goodness, please tell your employees to wear belts. It's embarrassing when your employees have their pants down to their knees.

Very strange experience. I went in for warranty work on my android, they said they'd need a ticket number. Called Samsung and got it, then they said their repair guy was out. Then I said I'd leave it then they straight up lied to me saying they were only open for two weeks (but actually opened 7 weeks ago) and said they're on a probationary period for another 2 weeks and couldn't do the repair. Very strange. Go to the sherwood park location and see Terry, he will fix you up.

They advertise a service that they don't offer, false advertising this is. I wasted my time to.go there for a ipad repair. Their website says they do repairs, not this location apparently.
