I was in the Beauty Boutique. I had a very nice experience with Kay. She was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful with my many questions. She is an asset the to store.

I had a wonderful experience, Stephanie helped me look for a foundation. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly! Would recommend her services :)

Went in to smell a few fragrances. The first person very short didn't catch her name was nice and courteous but didn't really offer much help. She disappeared and a person named Gale was tending the table. Extremely impersonable, not at all courteous did not acknowledge me yet offered anyone around or that arrived to help. She would move completely to different sides whenever I was near. Just because I didn't come in wearing a suit and loafers and a wedding ring doesn't mean I'm not a potential customer. Was quite interested in the ysl-edp but I will get it elsewhere. Gale you need customer service training regardless of ethnicity or gender middle class upper class or lower class.**Update** picked up 200ml bottle of Jean-Paul gaultier and H24 at The bay. Workers Here are extremely polite and had great customer service. Anyone seeing this visit the bay and nordstrom fantastic people!

Grace and Rhett are the best, nicest and most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered! They made amazing suggestions, you could really tell how knowledgeable they were. They were extremely warm and welcoming. I hope the management acknowledges and appreciates these employees. I hope the message gets passed on to them! 11/10 customer service, you guys rock!
