Everyone here was so nice and friendly they made my experience so good, they made sure everything was perfect and we liked our food. And the food was so good. Great experience I’ll definitely come back thank you!

We watched and waited for this location to open. Finally had an opportunity to stop for the advertised Funnel Cake. Well let me tell you it was cooked crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with no raw bites to be found. This is an amazing treat. We ordered 2 but one will easily share. My advice. Since the Funnel Cake is made fresh and if you are ordering to go. Order ahead as this location is a little cramped for space and it takes about 15 minutes to prepare.

You've got to eat here!! Service, quality food and energy was top of the line. Every person that worked there was so kind and generous. First time at this new location. Staff and owner (Moe) were very friendly and helpful. They made our experience amazing.The place is clean and great for a dine in. Will come back again!I had a compressor and it was delicious! Quality of the burgers was amazing and it was fresh and delicious and quick as well!

I recently visited Burger Joint and was blown away by their burgers. The meat was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially loved the homemade buns which were soft and fluffy. The service was also great and the staff was friendly and attentive. We placed a pick up order with Burger Factory and our original order was missing some items. They were also extremely busy at the time so it was completely understandable, but we called and not only did they fix the missing items, they went above and beyond and provided a whole new meal for it. When I went to pick up, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was super friendly and outstanding with his attention to customer service. The food itself, yes its pricey but you get what you pay for. You're fries will be salted to perfection. Your chicken tenders will be crispy & juicy. Get the factory sauce, you will not regret it. The burgers are juicy and the buns are perfect. Very very very happy with the level of service, the new atmosphere of the restaurant and the down right fantastic customer service. We are rooting for you!! Congratulations on a fantastic opening week!

Visited this location with a few friends and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in answering questions. The owner or manager was also on site at the time and not only checked in to introduce himself and see how our food was, he also sent over complimentary tornado fries and a funnel cake at the end of our meal. The food was great and service was top notch.We will definitely be back - Thank you!
