Pharmaprix

Disappointed, when an item was priced wrong on the shelf, pharmaprix did not honor the price listed on the shelf where there were multiple of this product placed above the price. I mean it was a $5 difference and I didn't make a big deal about but I was still disappointed because it was their mistake and they should have given it to me for the price labeled. Would have been a small loss to make a customer happy in my opinion.

The pharmacist that helped me was very nice and took the time to answer my questions. Store is clean and great products! The only reason I’m removing a star is because they never have a cashier to make you pay and I hate self checkout machines, some « human » service would be nice.

Walked in today to buy a few items, only to find out that ALL cash registers with service were CLOSED. Customers had to use the automatic cash registers. I won't go on a rant why I think this is a bad thing. I'll simply no longer shop there.

As per communication, needs to be a millions times more clairvoyant. Even talking with the pharmacist I was assured everything was fine and I could have no problems going to pick up our meds a few days later we live far away and thought okay everything is ready all insurance is on file.. get there and nope says one of our children is not on the insurance that I should pay and ask for a reimbursement later..was a total waste of time with zero remorse on time it took to get there as we live far away... very dissatisfying...

Waited to take a passport picture which needed to go out that night and they were unprofessional there was ink on my picture the stamp in the back was all botched. Terrible service

In lieu of Jamie's comments of being swindled. there is a law in Quebec that if the price is higher when you get to the cashier than the price at the shelf, YOU GET IT FREE! I have a relative that does this all the time, they shudder when they see her walking into the store.

Never had problems with filing my prescriptions where I go to regularly. Always good service. Andre is the best

They have all the products I love + the staff is very caring and well trained. Also, they recently added the pay yourself" system to those who are in a hurry and/or prefer to avoid contact with others. Oh and the pharmacist is really cute! :)"

Have been using this Pharmacy for over 10 years and have always enjoyed the great service and professional staff. Excellent pharmacists always helpful and willing to assist. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I dealt with a Pharmaprix in Mtl until I moved to this area and transferred my file. They were horrendous. After 4 yrs of going there nearly every month they struggled to get even one prescription correct. I took a chance in this store Andre and his staff are great. Great follow-up and follow-through. Not everyone of the staff functions are the same level, but overall it is a very high quality service and I have a number of quirky, chronic issues. I have used the grocery section a lot during the pandemic to limit exposure and while there were times the shelves were low, I generally got what I needed. All the store staff have been really helpful and no issues even with not being bilingual. No issues with the post office.
