Triple O's

I ordered a grilled chicken burger to go. The staff was friendly, and my food was made quickly—a great place for fast food.

Terrible staff.Came in at 7pmGot called up, started my order which came up on the screen, then Harjot (employee) removed my order and told me to hold on as Robin (employee also behind counter) tapped her debit card for an order of fries.Then asked my order again.Not sure when staff get to push a customer back who’s has already started ordering, but hey… I guess friends do whatever they want for friends.

Took 16mins to get my order as the staff were more focused on their conversation then cooking. My order came out same time as three other orders that were done 5mins previous. Staff also were in the back during the conversation so no one at the front.

Went in for dinner, got ignored for half an hour. Two customers ahead of us in line as well, also ignored.Then a guy walked in and they jumped to serve him before ANY of the line up because he phoned" to say he was coming in.No apology

Terrible location.My last two burgers were bright pink inside. When I called it in I was told “we use special timers so that can’t happen”.As if I’m imagining the bloody juices dripping from my half cooked burgerWill not be ordering from this location ever again … disgusted with their response to uncooked food

Disappointed ☹️. The burgers were smothered in sauce, relish, and mayo making them a soggy mess. The fries were also soggy and not crispy seemed to be sitting out and not fresh despite ordering food at noon. For the price of the meals, I expect better. Lastly, the kid’s burger was supposed to be plain …cheese and meat and it was smothered as well, so my picky eater wouldn’t eat the burger he was so looking forward to. Two thumbs down today. $40 bucks wasted

In January 2022, we wanted to grab lunch at this Triple O by Save On Foods but the restaurant was dark with the gas station attendant still working and on duty. There were no signage or notice on door or window as to why it was closed on a Tuesday around 2pm. Head office said it was due to a gas pipe issue ....funny that the connecting gas station was still open with attendant on duty???!!! I thought perhaps it was due to staff coming down with Covid?This Triple O location is terrible in customer service. Of all the times we have been there, the ladies working behind the counter were always curt, unfriendly, and awful. I sense that they all hate their jobs and their dislike for their job permeates to the customers.If you were like me who had purchased gift cards at Triple O at Christmas time and received a $5 coupon to be used between Jan, 2022 to March, 2022....well it is not permitted to use it on the Tuesday burger special. I have not been able to see the very very fine print on the coupon if this is true or not.Harjot, claiming to be the manager on duty, was rude and arrogant in refusing my coupon. It is a real shame that White Spot/Triple O's brand is now represented by staff that is unflexible and arrogant. Instead of being a good manager who should be able to de-escalate, to resolve, and to ensure customers are happy, she was not able to do any of this.The retailer of this particular Triple O location needs to put customers first before the mighty $$$ and the retailer should educate her staff that if a coupon on a Tuesday does come in, to accept it but explain why.Without loyal repeat customers, Triple O at this location, will not be able to meet monthly targets. Do not forget, Triple O is not the only burger joint in town!--Fat burger, McDonalds, A n W, Tim Hortons for sandwiches, Subway, and the competitors continue.

Standard triple O’s, better than fast food, not better than cactus club/earls.Service was pretty slow, think I waited for 5-10 minutes to order. Ended up using my entire lunch break in the line up.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We stopped here for lunch and bought two burgers, BC chicken burger was too salty and when we reported it to restaurant. We were told they can’t do anything about it, asked for a new different burger, no refund or no replacement burger offered. Worst triple O’s experience ever. Manager kept talking from the back instead of coming forward and confronting us. Will never visit this restaurant again.

Update:Two months later, I received an email from a manager offering me an apology and gift card for the error.Consistent food, always a good burger and shake. Price is pretty high for what you get.Not sure if there are issues as the place is still fairly new, but I ordered through the app for pick up and I was charged about $5 more than I should have been. I didn’t realize the error until later (the correct price was printed on the receipt I was given).I messaged customer service but did not receive a reply.In the future, I’ll just make the trip a little farther to white spot in Tsawwassen.
