Embarc Vancouver

28th floor, 1 bedroom Suite with a mini kitchen. Great location, fantastic accomodations

We have stayed at Embarc Vancouver before and we have always enjoyed this place, because it is so convenient to everything.We love the views of the 29th floor.The room was good. It was nice and clean.Alexandria, at the front desk was very friendly and professional.The only thing that we were not very happy with, was when Cyril the Manager knocked very hard on our hotel room door at 10:30 in the morning asking us if we are checking out. We were almost ready to check out anyways.We thought that that was kind of rude. This has never happened to us ever at any hotel room in the world.He should be treating his guests in a professional manner and with respect.

Right in the heart of everything! Walking distance to really tasty restaurants.

Good all around venue, in a great location. Concierge was very helpful.

Queen room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant had sufficient variety and quality of foods. Wish a la carte breakfast was available before 9:30 a.m. Location was excellent for access to main downtown sights. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Queen size bed which was more like a full bed... so small! Apart from that, room was clean modern and w good amenities. Excellent view

Terrible experience with Embarc Vancouver. Their customer rep with Reservations wasn’t helpful nor empathetic to our situation. They also didn’t honor their word about moving out our dates or gave us a call back when it escalated to management. Would not recommend! After reading other reviews about being scammed by this resort I COMPLETELY agree!!

Only issue was the AC did not cool the room to our desired temperature but the views were excellent and is very conveniently located. Go to round about at Sheraton to find the hotel.

This is such an wonderful hotel. If you’re considering staying here, you really should. This was my first time in Vancouver and wow, what an introduction on my first day walking into my room and seeing the beautiful view of the city, mountains and water.The hotel was very quiet and I immediately felt super comfortable as soon as I got in my room. The room i had felt very spacious and modern.The staff was very nice and accommodating. I arrived super early before my check in and they held my bag safely so I could enjoy exploring the city. When I arrived later they were happy to bring my bag up for me. No stress!They also let me check in a bit early for my convenience.The hotel is in a perfect location. Right in the middle of downtown, 2 minute walk from Robson Square. So I was set for a week filled with easy access to many amazing spots in the city and quick walks to transit to visit things out of the way. Lots of great food in the area too!The only thing about the room is that it was a little dusty on the tables and headboard, and a couple minor attention to cleaning details. Nothing major though.

Embarc members have the 28th and 29th floors with excellent views over the Port and nearby mountains. Excellent facilities.
