Awesome sales people. The staff always Friendly & Helpful.I still have my Grey moccasins mukluks (with two tones off fur) that fit great. I have gotten so much compliments with this winter one of a kind 2 tone fur shoes. Love Love Love it!

Very disappointed. After purchasing shoes in store and checking account it was double charged . Now have a big problem get my money back! This store is a big joke.

Great selection of beautiful products! Staff didn’t really seem to care about making a sale even though the store wasn’t busy so I went down the hall and bought my Blundstones at Quarks even though Softmoc had the color I wanted. A $250+ purchase out the door without even a second look from the staff. I don’t like to slag any businesses but the owner should know what’s going on here.

I walked in to only person in the store (no big deal I understand the stress) but she was running back and forth getting shoes for the only ONE other customer for 15+ minutes while I carried shoes in my hand trying to get her attention. She then began helping customers that came in after me. About 30 minutes later - after waiting to get my size she finally helped me. Didn’t have it but I probably wasn’t going to buy anything anyways after what happened.

Four of us ladies were in the store a week ago, and did not get the best service. It seemed like the two ladies didn't really want to help us, we had to go directly to the till if we wanted to get a size, and they did not come out from behind the till. We did purchase two pairs of shoes because we wanted to treat my daughter, but I regret giving the store my business, after one of the store reps rolled their eyes at us. We felt unwelcome.

Very personable clerk helped us get the right shoe for my partner. He was overall a great addition to the experience. Shoe quality was also to our satisfaction - this was maybe the 4th place we went to and the only one that captured a purchase

Nothing bad about this Store in the Prairie Mall, just need to get this purchase of my chest , bought online Nov1/22 , Calgary Store Ship with detailed instructions from me on Softmocs Website l chose Delivery to UPS store for pick up by old Canadian tire and the parcel was Dropped off Prairie Mall Softmoc address, which is Crazy to say the least I specifically picked UPS for shipping along with it going to UPS store,How it ended up at a completely different address is the matter that needs to be looked into so other customers don't have the same 3rd party parcel carrier Greif. Online shopping always has some crazy surprise waiting such as the one above. Hopefully the All full Grain Leather UGG Buttes winter boots will help me forget about the package going to a different address. Thanks Softmoc Calgary and gp Mall location.

I have been in there 3 separate times looking for shoes for grad and there is never any help. One younger lady who is always working never comes to help and she’s normally alone. You shouldn’t have to call for help and then she says quickly no size and moves on to help someone else. What ever happened to customer service
