Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The cashier seemed confused as to certain aspects of her job, and was reluctant to put down the phone call (didn't seem like a business call) to deal with cashing us out. But that's just a side note, normally not an issue I would get bent about. Getting almost stuck trying to get out of the gas station though....I get that it's snowing all day, but this is a business that deals with heavy vehicle traffic. Having their lot cleared in a snow storm would seem to me like a priority. It's not like we can park elsewhere and walk over to get gas to fill the car...There was no way a plow or shovel touched that station and it's not like it just started snowing, this was 1:30 pm. Thankfully we finally managed to get out without having to get out and dig...

I guess the service up front is average but the carwash is horrible. Only car wash I've been to where you have to wash the dirty film off ur car after you wash it! Whatever money the owners save by reusing dirty water..they'll be losing more in customers. Plus very dirty..garbage everywhere inside bays. Obviously owners don't care. I wont be back.

This station is on a high traffic corner, its clean and efficient good size lot for my oversized pickup truck. Staff are polite and always try to be helpful. To no fault of the station it can be an angry bear to get back out into traffic sometimes.

The night didn’t want to work and refused me to fill the gas as I could pay only by cash. The guy said that we do not allow cash transactions at all.

I live near this gas station. Very disappointed by their new policy. I always came to take my gas and now from 8PM to 6PM is it only prepay which is not convenient. Now that price of gas is so cheap is it more at risk?I also always washed my car there but they don’t do cash back so if you don’t carry cash with you you cannot do anything. They are not offering any service to make the customers satisfied.I will not recommend this location. The market of gas stations is really competitive and they should to differentiate with others.

Absolutely appalled. I went to purchase gas and a bottle of water, due to medical reasons, I exercise my exemption in Ontario. He locked the door and wouldn’t let me in to purchase water- he only let me purchase gas through the tiny hole in the side by the register ~ not only is this unsafe ~ isn’t this against the AODA of Ontario? Refusing to allow someone to have the same rights or access to goods/services and water ? Absolutely appalling ~ treating people like their a walking disease. You’ve lost my business. Don’t go here if you have a medical exemption or are under the AODA of Ontario ~ your not welcome here. Not a safe place for us. Awful service. Awful staff ~ ignorant uneducated people work here.

Terrible place I ever dealt with. Man name cristin doesn’t fit in his job but garbage collection probably suits him better. I’m surprised Canada petro would hire this kind of worker. I had to close the car wash port myself before that happens to someone else. Cause he was refusing to communicate with me though my phone cause I am deaf he was lucky that I wasn’t signing to him. He looked at me like this is my fault. I’m considering ESSO from on now I’ve been with petro Canada for 19 years. Now after with what happened today, no more from on now it’s becoming ghetto place to go to

Pump #3 is leaking gas from it's main valve as well as holding valve since last couple weeks. I've told the staff about it 3 times. It looks like Nobody takes safety seriously here.

I wish I could be a customer of this station. I have a health issue. I avoid going in store to save myself. All the stations near me do not have window service facility. I wish Petro Canada will introduce that facility to all their stations to save the vulnerable customers

Low rating came to get gas at 2:30 pm no one fault but pumps weren’t working so I left but noticed my card was charged remember got no gas so went back try to ask to get a refund said I wasn’t charged but have proof I was indeed charged ask to speak with manager kept saying no so asked to leave my number to speak with manager he said no it’s done you don’t need to like really I manage a gas station and all customers be able to talk to manager the day of or next day what a shame I use to enjoy getting my gas here not anymore gotta work on better serviceJuly 10th 2:30 pmCame back at 4pm
