Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is a bit crowded with radio provided. Many souvenirs shopping options available. Price is ok. Credit cards accepted. No public restrooms available. Temporary street parking available. Employees' attitude is just ok. Skytrain, WCE, seabus, bus stations nearby.

The store was a lot larger than I thought it would have been. They have a massive selection of souvenirs, clothes, mugs, pretty much everything. The atmosphere was extremely inviting.

Probably the rudest cashier I have ever interacted with. The selection might be good, but given the staff, I would rather recommend absolutely any souvenir store in Vancouver over this.

Typical tourist souvenir shop with lots of Canadian-themed kitsch. They have a good selection of T-shirts, and some that aren't too cheesy. They also have a fair selection of actual native crafts, so that's good. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

Worst customer service i ever experienced in Canada for 30 years! Lady owner do not even try to understand my Ukrainian accent and and told me Get out of my store and go your own country and be so rude over there!" And that after i ask her about Maple tea... She mocked me as I tried to ask questions and I was so embarrassed. Completely prejudice."
