Excellent service! Tom communicated very well, was on time and did a great job. He spent the time to lay our wool carpet focusing on the detail so the finish is perfect. He also offered a few sensible solutions to a few bits so he did not just lay the carpet and go, he took the time to do things properly. He was also very tidy and cleaned up afterwards which is a bonus! I would highly recommend Hartley Carpets & Flooring abd I certainly will not hesitate to call Tom again for any of my flooring needs.

Tom came round yesterday and don’t a fantastic job of my kitchen and bathroom vinyl I would highly recommend this company to all friends and family!

Tom was absolutely superb. We needed a 2 rooms, stairs and landing to be carpeted fairly quickly. He came out to do the survey on a Sunday, we agreed the product and price and he fitted the carpet on the Thursday! Really great service and price and a very pleasant man to work with. I would highly recommend!
