Susan did an excellent job on my hair. I will definitely go back and recommend her to anyone looking. Susan was professional and fun, the atmosphere her and Sonja have is next level!! It's great they are staffed for walk ins and you don't need an appointment.

I’ve had my hair and beard by both Susan and Sonja and both were excellent. No rush jobs here, they take their time and do it right. Hands down the best place for a men’s haircut and beard trim in Trail.

I was informed a month back that no appointments were booked on a Saturday, it was a first come first serve basis. I arrive at 10am as I was informed last time, but they open at 11. I came back at 10:45, walked in and was followed by another gentleman. She informed me that he had an appointment prior to me. This part I was confused about because as was mentioned a month back, weekends were a first come first serve. Just a little frustrating, “are you taking appointments or not”? If you’re going to charge premium prices for a service, be a little more transparent with how you run your business.

Best haircut I've ever had in the area. Classy new shop with great atmosphere. Susan was very professional and gave me the exact cut I was hoping for. Will be going back again!
