I have rather liked McDonald's food for 50+ years. But I find that I suspect that the management may be more concerned with keeping their young employees happy than providing a good food product. Case in point: ordered 2 Big Macs. They were both slapped together with copious amounts of lettuce thrown at the patties and enough sauce to explode all over the buns and down my jacket. Dry cleaning bill ahead. Not happy.

Very negative experience. Went in today, ordered on the kiosk where the scanner never works for points or offers. Then I waited for my order for a long time probably 10 minutes. They have screen that's supposed to display what order they're serving but it never works and your order number just disappears and never changes to now serving" like it should.Then I got my order

When going through the drive through, employees either really need to complete the order so that we can see what the total is or they need to verbally let customers know how much the owe. The staff seem to be content with handing out payment machines without letting anyone know how much they owe.

I'm honestly super disappointed right now.This was my favorite Mcds. I work in the same plaza. Today I made an order and they forgot my food. Any other day I'd be fine but I called and explained that I had to take my medication and now couldn't leave the store for 4 hours. I'm a stones throw away- from an owners viewpoint-- the manager could have made it right by bringing it over. The woman on the phone could care less I just messed up my medication schedule. Guess its my fault for not checking.

In terms of food, I never have a problem. It's always hot and fresh and made correctly. Staff are, more often than not, less bubbly and not very engaged in the customer interaction. The dining room is sometimes cluttered but not distractingly so. Lastly, I'm not sure if this is exclusive to just this location, but I'm always given my drink cup with my food rather than immediately after ordering. All other fast food locations give you your drink right away so you can get your drink while you wait for your food. Regardless, service is always fast and efficient, and staff are well trained to be that way, just would like a smile and a hello how are you today" when I walk up

This McDonald's has good food and service. The food was delivered hot and quick. We went to look for a spot to sit and that is where the trouble started. The comfortable looking chairs had food all beside the cushions. The whole seat looked dirty and greasy. We went to a table instead. It took a little bit to find a clean table. There were not many people inside as inside was not busyMaybe three tables were being used. The table we took looked the cleanest. After sitting you noticed the greasy feeling. It is like they barely wipe the tables or use a dirty cloth. Disappointed as the food was good but the hygiene makes you think twice about going back.
