All guys with Men in Kilts are very professional, and we have been very happy with all the window cleaning, pressure washing the bottom floor decks and the fence surrounding the property. They did such a great job on the fence, it looked brand new and we received many compliments on it..Thank you from the folks here at the Tyee Apartments!

Our first appointment date turned out to be a day of heavy rain and high winds. Men in Kilts texted my to request rescheduling to a later date. Great communication with these guys. Our duplex has some thing going on at the front second floor window. The other side has the shame issue. I had tried myself to clean the black stuff off of the siding to no avail. It's all gone now. Though the neighbours side still has it. Windows are clean and the moss is gone with the treatment visible on both roofs. Thanks Men in Kilts!

I engaged the services of Men in Kilts for gutter cleaning. It is one thing to not show on the scheduled day due to cold weather when they had made the decision the day before without contacting you, but it is an entirely different thing altogether to lie to a customer by stating that they messaged to advise and that the technician phoned several times the day before to cancel. Really? No calls, no voicemail, no message. In this day and age of technology that records all modes of communication, it is best to not compound the insult by being dishonest. Very unprofessional.REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I BOOKED YOU IN MID NOVEMBER!! AFTER my 40-foot maple trees finished shedding their leaves all over my roof and gutters. You are responsible for the delays, not me. Stop blaming the homeowner!! The issue here is your failing to contact me to advise that you cancelled, AGAIN, after I took another vacation day from work to accommodate you, and then you lied about it, saying I was called repeatedly the day before.

The response for a quote was very prompt - the gentleman had to drive at least an hour to our location. The quote was substantially less than others more local and the crew was here on time (actually a few minutes early) and within a couple of weeks of initial contact. They did everything they quoted (cleaned and mitigated roof moss, washed 2nd floor siding and cleaned 2nd storey gutters) and for the price quoted. Their service was prompt and friendly. At least one of my neighbours booked their services while they were here.I had originally considered renting a lift and doing the work myself but just renting the lift was $100 more than Men in Kilts and I still would have had to do the work myself.

From the start, they were prompt with email responses as well as polite and professional. I was given a discount which was appreciated as I am a senior widow. The crew was non intrusive, on time and paid attention to details including power washing the end of the driveway to remove weeds and grass in the cracks which were connected to the road. My house, roof, windows, eaves and concrete looks great. I would highly recommend Men in Kilts and wouldn't hesitate to hire them in the future. They were unable to remove the window screens from the outside, but offered to return and complete the job. Very well done!

Francis and his crew from Men-in-Kilts were prompt and efficient and accommodating of changes requested. They did a remarkable job for our complete exterior cleanup of our house including windows in and out and skylites, walls including some very rough stucco along with brick and vinyl siding, and soffits, guters in and out, and also cleaning and treating the roof and price was reasonable and the best quote we revcieved. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone.

We had a very poor experience with Men in Kilts. Our house is over 3000 sq ft and the technician was gone within a hour to do a split level house. Over half the windows were not touched there was moss left on the windows sills and the gutters were not touched. I called and talked to customer service and also explained that we were missing some items from the back yard they sent the same tech back the next day and I had to get him supplies to do a few windows he left the rest not done and a tone of debris on the patio from the gutters which he did the second visit. We were also missing our sprayer from our hose and a shovel, I called and wanted to talk to someone but no one called about the service. We would never use Men in Kilts again,very very poor service.

The two men who did the work were very professional. One started the gutter cleaning while the other one removed all of the screens and washed the outside of all the windows. He then cleaned the screens and replaced them in the house.The work was completed in around two hours and we were very satisfied with the work.It appears that the gutters were not particularly dirty which was surprising as it was two years since they were last done.I had used this company before and will certainly use them in the future.

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received. Everything was done thoroughly and with care. Pots on the deck were moved and replaced after the deck was cleaned. The window screens were removed and cleaned, the first company to do so in the 7 years we have been here. I definitely will be calling this company in the future and recommending them to my friends.

2/10 experience from a residential perspective. They cleaned some really f*ed up windows in the most minimal way possible. I appreciated them coming and doing the job but we had to call them back again. I think a third time was honestly warranted and It's on me but I just didn't want them touching my stuff anymore. They scooped the gutters and just let whatever fell out lay where it fell. I'd doubt they do that with commercial properties. Streaks left on multiple windows after a second visit.Frames cleaned with steel wool and left the steel dust on the aluminum frames which now have started to rust. Was not able" to clean the tracks even after a call back stating they used "track brushes" on the first time through. I'm really just not even remotely ok with the job they did.These are not interior window cleaners
