Joint Rehab - Markham Physiotherapy & Massage Therapy Center

I have had to use their services at two different points in my life and the service both times was excellent. The PTs take great care to listen to concerns and issues, and provide guidance. During the pandemic, they have been very on top of checking temps, cleaning equipment that touches patients and immediately placing any towels used during a service, into wash.

I had a really bad case of plantar fasciitis which hadn't been treated for 3-4 months due to Covid-19 and the lockdown. I booked an appointment with Joint Rehab as soon as they were starting to re-open as I was having a bad limp and major foot pain in one of my feet while walking. (I'm early 40s and never had any issues up to now but this was so bad that I could barely walk for 15-30 min without pain). I went for 5-6 visits to have my foot treated and I am now back to normal with no sign of pain and the condition completely gone. The staff at Joint Rehab are super friendly and their physiotherapists are top notch and very attentive to my problem. Highly recommended!

I go to this clinic with all my aches and pains. Staff are nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been to clinics where providers are just looking to bill my insurance not caring if I am getting better. The physio who worked with me on all my issues would constantly check in to ensure treatment provided was effective and would ensure I understood what caused and would prevent my problems from returning. Quick, professional service. My son had issues with his wrist due to continuous cello playing and clinis was able to determine and treat the issue quickly. Also provided instructions on how to strengthen various muscles to reduce likelihood or reinjury. Plenty of parking.

Rhoda is AMAZING!!! I dislocated my shoulder but she helped me get back to my old self.Anytime I have any nagging issues (e.g., back, neck), she knows just what to do and provides me with exercises to complete at home so I can avoid the similar problem again.She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. Told me I was fixed when I wasn’t.. never really felt like they were doing much, a couple basic things and a charge. Went somewhere else and wow the difference is incredible

Rhoda thoroughly assessed both myself and my husband and put together a physio program that has definitely made a difference in my recovery and pain management.
