Could be a wonderful business, could not be. I don't leave good reviews for people who don't want to talk to customers. Or set up to talk at a later time. I found another shop who likes answering their phones and likes business. They got mine and I'm now on my way

Fixed my favorite shoes, repaired the saddle on a friend's antique children's rocking horse, and sharpened some very special handmade chef's knives. Great guy, very reasonable and fast.

This place does amazing work! Had a pair of boots chewed by my dog and Zak was able to fix them. Like new! Would definitely go back for other repairs and polish.

I have been to White Oaks Shoe Repair a few times over the years, and I have always been happy with the owner's prompt, friendly service and the quality of his work. This time he replaced a missing grommet on my coat pocket. Looks great!
