Care Point Medical Clinic - Commercial

I called at 9am to book an appointment and was told to show up at 2:30pm in person only for them to tell me they are fully booked. Worst walk in clinic ever. Don't waste your time coming here.

I had one of the worst experiences I've had at a clinic here. I booked an appointment online, didn't get any confirmation so had to call to get it actually confirmed, and had to call a few times before I got an answer (that's not as much of an issue, I know clinics are busy). On the morning of my appointment I went all the way there and only got told when I attempted to check in that the doctor decided not to start work until 9:15 (my appointment was at 8:40) and to come back for 9:15. Extremely insensitive considering I booked the appointment because it was before my work day and the clinic is not close to where I live so I can't just come back." I then said I would think about it and rebook the appointment. An hour after I got home I called to rebook and got their voicemail multiple times so left a message. It's been a week and I still have not had my voicemail returned.So unprofessional and unreliable and makes me wary to try to go back again."

My RN is great here and the walk in clinic is usually pretty quick. Pharmacy in house too, they’re really friendly.

Extremely happy with Dr Nagra .I find the doctor takes the time to listen to me for the symptoms I am having, provides explanations, explains test results in a way I understand. I am truly grateful to Dr Nagra .I also appreciate Abigil at the front counter for her kind help with my appointments and remembering my name .Thank you for this wonderful experience

In October i read they were accepting new patients and to call to get a nurse practitioner. I did this right away and they said to call back in the beginning of January of 2023 so I had it in my calendar for months waiting to call. I called January 3rd, they said the NP wasn't there yet and they don't know their arrival date and to call back in March. I called back in February and they took my info and said they were calling people this week" to get them on the NPs patient list. No one ever called me. I called today

Few things are inconsistent with this clinic:1. If it's your first time seeing a doctor they will assign you to whoever is available ASAP. However, if you are a returning client you MUST see the same doctor you initially saw regardless if the other walk-in clinic doctor is readily available. This is a walk-in clinic, what happens if I arrive on a day where MY doctor is unavailable? Am I simply turned away or would the other doctor see me. It is not pragmatic.2. The Doctor diagnosed me with strep throat by simply looking at my throat. She didn't take a swab to determine the strain (group A vs. group B and so on). 3X weeks later I am still sick after taking 10 days of antibiotics.3. Regardless of booking an appointment online they will assist you on a first come first serve basis. If they say come at 10:30 be prepared for everyone that's already waiting who did not have an appointment (simply walk-in) to be accommodated first.

The staff are all great, but it's almost impossible to reach the clinic by phone. There have been so many instances where I call over and over and over again during their business hours and I keep getting sent to voicemail. They don't even put you on hold so you literally have to keep dialing. There have been many times where I was just unable to reach the clinic at all for days at a time. Right now their hours say they are supposed to be open but when I call I'm immediately getting sent to their after hours message. I don't know if the receptionists are skipping out early or what but it's incredibly frustrating. My RN called me a few days ago and I have been trying to call back since then but I just can't get through.

I've had good experiences here in the past, but it no longer seems to be a functioning walk in clinic. Not enough doctors, not enough staff, booked up within one minute of opening.

They are pretty good here once you get in. I’ve been going here for years, but walking in is increasingly impossible due to high patient volumes and low doctor availability. This is beyond their control, however trying to book an appointment online is very glitchy and almost never works. I have no idea why it’s so bad, but certainly adds yet another barrier to trying to get in. EDIT - same issues trying to book online six months later!!

I have tried tried book appt on line, I have also called few times to tell them ,it's so hard. I need see doctor . Though I was refilling my prescription over phone. I now have other issues that doc Nagra said book appt. Asap after talking her. This system is not very good!
