I used this business for a move out clean on my mother's house. They showed up early and stayed late to finish cleaning the oven that hasn't been cleaned in years. The employees were professional, courteous and didn't stop working until the job was done.The owner was quick to respond via text and the price was reasonable for the scope of the work.

Gerlicia the owner is so nice and understanding. Her team did a great job cleaning my messy place. I definitely recommend this company.

I loved Queen of clean up, I called them the day before since i was moving out to clean my place and they did a wonderful job. The owner is so nice and professional, I totally recommend this company for people who live in ottawa or gatineau.

Still my friend has not been paid for her work after over 2 months.Sad small business has to operate like this.

Worst company ever or should i even call it that This lady is the worst employer ever she is unreliable and doesn’t paye you only tells you your shift the day before between (6pm-9pm) honestly she has only managed to keep one reliable employee who can tolerate her lies and the quality service she cares to provide example as en employee i had to explain to her why her not wanting to tell her client that his pipe had been leaking to avoid more work was just not okay and unprofessional and that she could cause her client 100$ of dollars if she did not warn him

The ladies are very professional and efficient and the price is affordable. looking forward to have them again soon

I hired Gerlicia Massamba at Queen of Clean Up to deep clean my 3.5 bath 3 bed home top to bottom (including a finished basement). The quote she provided me indicated a deep clean for; 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and basement. Details included, washing the outside and inside of all cabinets and drawers, appliances (in the kitchen), windows, vacuuming, mopping, dusting all places and baseboards.She arrived with two other employees then left about an hour into the job. Her employees then left without saying anything to my partner or I who were working in the basement. I received a text from her indicating they were done and that I could pay. I went upstairs and was surprised that they left without saying anything.I was even more surprised when I opened my half bath to find that they never even went in there. The master en-suite was not thoroughly done (still pink residue in the grout, sink etc.), basement had not been fully vacuumed and mopped, baseboards were not all done, the list goes on...I called Gerlicia to let her know and she said they would come back to finish and to tell them what they missed. When they came back they indicated that they were not done but that they had just stepped out for lunch (I accepted the excuse but we both know that this was not true, considering all their equipment was gone and I received a text saying they were done).They continued on cleaning and then packed up again, asking me to check to make sure everything was good, it was not... I called Gerlicia again as I felt placed in an unprofessional/impossible position to have to QA their work and point out where they need to clean for a deep clean.Here is where it gets 100% unprofessional. I give up and cut my losses, Gerlicia and I reach a reduced price understanding and I tip the girls and tell them they are good to go. They both leave and I go to wash my hands in the powder room, the cover for the overflow drain is missing. I check everywhere in the bathroom and can't find it. I let Gerlicia know that it is missing and she tells me to take apart my pipe as it would most likely be there. I explained that the cover is too big to fit down the drain so it would be impossible for it to end up in the pipe. She then claims that she works in ambassadors homes and her employees would have never thrown away something, however, I should check in the garbage back they left behind. I told her it was unprofessional to ask your client to look through a garbage bag (that should have never been left behind in the first place in the middle of my entry way) and that I have contacted the company who sold me the vanity to get a replacement cover. I also indicated that she was welcome to come and look herself. She ended the conversation by indicating do what you gotta. I am done".So I am now left with a business owner who is not answering me and a missing cover. Hopefully the store can replace the cover and I will be sure to send her insurance company the invoice.I feel for her employees and clients. Save your money and hire anyone else."
