Great prices, local Canadian company with excellent customer service and sales staff. Amazing selection and usually very nice locations. Try to finance at 0% if available to build your credit cheaply.

Always a great experience visiting Long and McQuade.As luck would have I stopped in at the Kamloops location only to find one of the staff who served me was the same individual who assisted me when I visited the Surrey B.C. location. What fun!I can't say enough about the service I receive on a continuing basis. Top shelf folks top shelf!!!

What a pleasant experience I had at the Kamloops location. I believe it was Sam who helped me rent a saxophone today. Sam was so incredibly kind and helpful, his positive attitude and just overall exceptional customer service made my day. The store manager was also so friendly and accommodating to my needs. Super excited to surprise my husband with his gift. Thank you!

Replies really fast and gave me every detail of every question I had. Without a doubt I'll be purchasing my instruments through the kamloops location.
