iAID provided my uncle with amazing care! My family and I first started out care with another home care agency and my uncle began to decline in his health. We didn’t know what to do until one of my good friends recommended iAID for my uncle. As soon as we had our first assessment with iAID, we we were so pleased and grateful for the compassionate care they were offering my uncle and family. They certainly provided the amazing care that they promised. I feel that no home care company could have provided my uncle the amazing care that iAID staff did. The caregivers and nurses treated my uncle like he was their own and this is something I will cherish forever. Thank you to this amazing team!

My wife and I did our homework before getting iAID to care for my father in law. We researched home cares for weeks and then finally we worked up the courage to call iAID. My father in law was having a surgery and needed help once he got home. My mother in law couldn’t care for him alone. She was really stressed and worn out. iAID put us at ease with all of their support. My father in law was safe and my mother in law was able to rest and get out of the house for a few hours a day. Their caregivers are very professional and reliable. The entire management team takes all of our calls 24/7. Their personal touch has made my family and I feel very fortunate.

As the decision maker for my parents, it's been a privilege to work with this team at iAID. Beyond the obvious exceptional service and care, they actively communicate with me about my parent's well being, and have an organized, structured system of providing care. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Great to have such an organization serving our Windsor Essex community.

My mom moved in with me and I was caring for her all on my own. I would go to work all day and then do the necessary for my mom when I got home. I became worn out fast. I just got to a point where I couldn't lift my mom anymore and I felt helpless. I called iAID because I saw so many good reviews here. I thought well, I got nothing to lose. The assessment went great. My assessment was with a really sweet woman. I was petrified because I didn’t know what to expect, but she made me feel so much better because was incredibly compassionate. I felt the real kind of compassion. I didn’t feel like she was just acting compassionate because she was working. This is something so hard to find nowadays. Anyway I talked to her for over 2 hours about my mom and everything that she would need if I was at work and away for the day. From the little things to the big things... she listened and she embedded them in my mom’s care plan. The other woman whose been coming and caring for my mom has been exceptional. I’m so proud of my decision of getting this team to come and be there for my mom. I feel that my mom is getting cared for like I would care for her while I’m at work for the day. It’s a very great and secure feeling that I cannot explain. I know my mom is safe and happy when I’m away because my mom tells me how nice she’s treated each day.

I called iAID around 4AM one month ago to talk about getting care for my husband. My husband has had Colon Cancer for 2 years and so I’ve been getting so worn out because he is getting weaker and weaker. He was just recently diagnosed with Dementia. Some days he is more forgetful than other days. I do everything for him alone. My situation was getting harder and harder by the day. I spoke with Mary explaining my husband’s situation. She is the one who is coordinating our care along with Jennifer. I felt that Mary genuinely cared for my husband and I from that initial phone call. She let met vent for almost 2 hours! She scheduled an in person assessment that same day. I was able to get my husbands care started within 1 day. The care that’s been provided for the last month has been near perfect. I receive care 7 days a week for 8 hours a day. My husband is comfortable with the caregivers that come in and attend to his needs. After they care for my husband they help me cook/clean and do housework. I am able to leave for hours to go to the grocery store without worrying about my husband. I am able to go out for lunch with my friends and I am assured my husband is safe and comfortable. That overwhelming feeling of stress/guilt/ and constant worry has been lifted off of my chest because of iAID’s great care! Very personable management team and wonderful caregivers.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this agency has been so helpful. I had to take the time out of my day to let everyone know about how our experience currently is going. My mom did not want care, but my family and I kept insisting she get a caregiver to make sure she is safe at all times. I called and spoke with Mary a Care Manager. She came in and mom really liked her. We put our trust in her and her promise. We are fairly new, but the service has been great. iAID is delivering what she promised us. We are grateful for her! Also, she takes our calls 24/7!! If you’re gonna call there, I would ask for her. My mom is a really tough cookie and she is really happy with the care. If she’s happy - then they are extraordinarily lol because she’s never happy!! Thanks iAID!!

I was in the Jackson Park Health Centre for a Doctor’s appointment. I stopped by the office and knocked to see if I can pick up some information to see if this would be the right fit for my husband. The company’s director was inside working. I told him I just wanted some info about the company. He gave me very helpful information and took time from his work to talk to me about all the things iAID has to offer. He took his time which I appreciated very much. I started care for my husband almost 3 months ago and it’s been amazing. I wanted to write a review right away but I wanted to wait to see if they would keep delivering very wonderful care. &they did! My husband gets help with showers and toileting on a daily basis. They treat my husband and I with dignity and respect. The team even helps me tidy up around the house when they are helping my husband. Thank you so much for the outstanding care. My husband is so happy with the way he is treated. They care for him while gibbing his independence. I was so worried about my husband feeling sad or ashamed of getting help. Thanks for making it easy for us!
