Two days later, I received a text from their number at 3:03am from Matt asking how he can help???Please do NOT text your clients at this hour, it is extremely unprofessional......Why is it that you flag all your reviews with 1 star as Fake Google reviews"? Instead you should try and reach out to your clients to rectify the issue......I can assure you my account is real. Feel free to read my other reviews."

acted very unprofessional and rude, doesn’t like bad reviews so claims there fake. Use at own risk have pic of the invoice but keeps getting deleted.forgot to give key back said he’d throw it in the river so never got it back. waited in the parking lot for him for an hour while he slept after I scheduled a pickup time

They offer service to your door which is really convenient. I had a flat tire from a puncture and they fixed it with tire slime, so far so good. Also tuned derailleur, brakes, and tightened up the issues with my bike. Good price considering I didn't have to try to bring it somewhere and friendly people to deal with. I will definitely call if I have future issues with my RadRover.
