Top shelf customer service! Both management and our technician Ben went over and above to solve all our problems. We anticipated a costly repair that had us contemplating a full replacement but they were able to confirm that we were still covered under an extended warranty. We had no idea and they saved us thousands! Highly highly recommend them for repair and maintenance. We will get our next furnace and eventual water heater replacement from them as well. Outstanding job!

Great company , I had them install a thermostat for me. Had my email replied to and had the service completed within the same day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly , service was completed as promised. I have nothing negative to say about this company. Would use and recommend again.

The review is completely false.I left their company a poor review because of a bad customer experience and they lashed out attacking me both personally and professionally.Murray Mechanical Systems is a very reputable business serving the Simcoe area. Their crew is passionate and hard working, and the quality of work is exceptional.
