Worst towing company out there! BE CAREFUL! DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! They say they have 30 minutes guarantee but they came 5 HOURS late. The tow truck driver was the rudest person I have ever met. Just a straight up ***hole! They charged my card more than they quote me! And until this day I haven’t received my receipt in the email even I called them 5 times! With all my heart, I hope this company burns to the ground!

Worst towing service I've used ever. Driver was an hour late. Was told towing would be $89 over the phone then the driver hit me with a $79 hook up fee and another $39 dolly fee. $215 total to tow 9 km? What a joke

My dad's car broke down in Sunday around noon time near by our house. We called Clearway towing and they arrived to our location a lot sooner then we expected. Friendly guys and have really reasonable price for the towing service.

This company is definitely NOT transparent. I called to be pulled out of a ditch after a horrible snowstorm in Calgary and they quoted me one price on the phone but the tow operator said that was just the service fee. While I was on the phone trying to rectify this, the driver got me out and drove away, not even asking me if I am ok. I am honestly disappointed and would NEVER use them again.

Dispatcher was nice and help was sent within an hour. Tow truck driver Ali shows up and loads car onto flatbed. My destination was 9.5km away, hopped in with driver for the ride. Driver was all over the place, didn't use any turn signals. He complained about the route we were taking the whole time and asked me why we used a flatbed for my car. I had never requested a flatbed to begin with. Secondly, we got there and he charged me a premium for using the flatbed and said I got lucky because he didn't charge me for mileage. $162 for 9.5 km tow on a SMALL CAR. This business practice stinks, don't use them. MOST EXPENSIVE tow for a small car I've EVER seen. Steer clear, use my experience and don't get cheated like I did. Ridiculous.

The guy on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't get the tow truck driver's name but he was really thoughtful and friendly. Reasonably priced as well. Thank U

I locked my key in my car, once the locksmith arrived he told me I could get a discount off $133.00 if I wrote a review on Google. I automatically said yes because $133.00 is way to much to pay. Once I logged into google, the locksmith automatically clicked 5 star" on my phone and hit submit without my permission. The discounted price was only $10.00 off. I went with a private company in the past and only had to pay $80. If you want to save money

Stan did an amazing job, not only winching my car out of a ditch, but he took care as to not do more damage to my car as was already done. Excellent service and decent pricing.

Worst Towing Service . All I can say is they are cheaters. They told me 59$ on phone and charged me 157 $ . Towing guy also seemed not right in the head . Don’t go to these guys if you don’t want to be cheated and have a bad day. Towing guy will create a scene in public and you end up paying the money to maintain your dignity. A big fraud company . I wish I had read the reviews first.
