My car had to be repaired so I got stuck in town for a week. This campground became my home for that period and I am so grateful that there were such a super nice campground close to town. This is by far the nicest campground I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a lot of campgrounds. The facilities are super nice, hotel standard washrooms and showers, and great super nice laundry room, as well as, community center and swimming pool. There was great WiFi as well. Staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating, especially given my situation. I returned for another night after exploring Nova Scotia.

Not great for tenting. Tenting area is on a sloped hill, so very difficult to find a spot to set up.Bugs were awful. (To be fair, that’s not their fault, but it still sucked).They charge $1 for a shower!

It has nice facilities however there is a very strict rule about only having one tent per site. Our two small tents were not allowed and we had to go purchase another site, even though the person checking us in allowed it until a security person told us otherwise. Not the most private place for tent camping but just needed a place to sleep.

Great place, amazing washing facilities, great laundry room, peaceful area, pool. Camping tidy and clean. Good Wifi, Overall great staff.

This is one of the best RV parks i’ve been to in nova scotia. It’s very well maintained and the people there are nice and quiet. They have the cleanest public bathrooms i’ve ever seen, each which includes a shower and a door with a deadbolt. They also smell like log cabins. They have a recc hall with events and a pool as well. There is a really nice lake right beside it but it isn’t clean to swim in. It’s walking distance from Amherst yet it feels like you’re in a peaceful place away from town.

Had a great stay. Probably the nicest/ cleanest washroom I've seen. Kids had a blast at park and pool will def be back.

Great campground went with my scouts kids for a weekend of camping the tent sites at the front of the park are directly across from the playground. The washrooms were on point and included a shower when you could pay 1$ for a 10 minute one. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We brought our canoes and took them out on the lake.
