The Baby's Palace

Don't really get the bad reviews. We did our research beforehand and went in knowing what we wanted. Got a stroller for $70 less than anyone else, which is pretty big since big-name strollers almost never get discounted. As for the gentleman watching the store, he wasn't in-your-face, just hung back if we needed help.

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner of the store is extremely rude and doesn’t understand good costumer service. I told the owner that it was my first time in this store and didn’t know much about it and asked if the items are new or if this was a used items store. He got so offended by this question. He said to me “use common sense before asking a question. Do these things even look used to you”? Needless to say I turned right around and walked out. Prices are the same else were. I would prefer to take my business elsewhere where the owners/staff are not rude to you.

I had a great experience at the baby Palace. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable that all baby products. I recently purchased a snack tray for my stroller from the brampton location and when I went home I realized I got the wrong one for the model that I had. When I came back to this location the staff was so helpful and they installed the new one on for me and gave me no trouble with the exchange!

I don’t get the bad reviews. Yes the owner is not the usual friendly bubblely chatty kind of sales, but he explains everything clearly and is very genuine and honest. We had a nice shopping experience as it was short and sweet.The other thing I want to mention is the store itself. We got a stroller that was out of stock from everywhere. Feels like a little hidden gem that has everything you might need especially if you don’t mind an older version but economical and practical.

The owner is a very nice man. He was super knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. I went in looking for the Nuna Tavo which was out of stock everywhere but he was able to not only confirm availability but also get the item from the other store for me (which i thought was a really nice gesture) .I really don’t understand the negative reviews. It made me super nervous but i was happy with the service i got.

My family and I went into this store and were treated like criminals. The worker ( older man ) followed directly behind us the whole time. He was very short with us ( when asking about a product) as if we were wasting his time. ( no other customers were in the store) Prices are the same as everywhere else. Would rather spend our money at an establishment that treats people with respect. Horrible service.

Bad customer service. Came the day before he was closed at 730. Follows you around as if you’re going to steal something from the unorganized, messy store. Rude, awful customer service skills. Take your business elsewhere! I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. One star is being generous.

Went to the store after confirming availability of cozy ganosh for uppababy vista. The staff (older man) was following us as we explored the store but only to help us and explain products, he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely visit the store again.
