I wish I could say I’ve received the same care and respect that Dr Dragons other patients have clearly been receiving, unfortunately I can’t say the same. She is very welcoming, listens to your concerns, and even provides suggestions to move forward, but then I’m not sure what happens but she doesn’t follow through. You have to constantly call and remind the receptionist (and trust me she is not a pleasant person to be chatting with in the first place). Its coming up 2 years I’ve been waiting for Dr Dragon to send off a referral (that she recommended) and I’ll make sure to remind her and the receptionist but they clearly don’t seem to care. I’ve even checked in with the specialists and none of them have received anything from Dr Dragon. What’s the point in having a family doctor when they don’t even help you!!

So excited Dr. Dosanka is here in Oakville. I used to be her patient in 2014-2016 at peak family medical in Milton. She was one of the best doctor I had. I am just hoping she start accepting new patient so I can be her patient again. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, have amazing bedside manners, loved her!

Both doctors at this clinic are amazing and thorough.Dr. Gvozdic treats our whole family. We trust her knowledge and professionalism. I love how she takes time to explain everything and never makes us feel rushed. Dr. Gvozdic is the best doctor I have ever had!

DR. DRAGAN IS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!She is so caring, very thorough and incredibly intelligent. I absolutely have been blessed to have Dr Dragan be my physician for the past 10 years. She is compassionate, caring and has always gone above and beyond to help make sure my health continues to remain at the best it can be. Where other doctors have not cared to help she has never turned her back. I survive because of her.

Our family is extremely lucky to have Dr.Dragan as our family doctor. She always goes above and beyond for our family. You never feel rushed, she listens to all of our questions and takes the time to make sure we leave her office feeling confident. Linda, one of the receptionists at the office always goes above and beyond for patients as well. We will follow Dr. Dragan wherever she goes.

I would rates 10 ⭐️ if i could for Dr. Dragan. She’s the best doctor who do cares about her patients and she always go over and beyond trying to answer/help with health concerns a patient have. I personally want to thanks Dr. Dragan for being my family’s doctor. On the other hand, I would rate zero ⭐️ for receptionist. I was hoping she would have new receptionist or she could have read those reviews from Peak Family clinic and would re-train them to be more respectful and helpful to patients. But I see that the receptionist still the same and not improve in anyway in communication with patients.

Dr. Dragan is very caring, always listens to patiens concerns, BUT when it comes to referrals, not sure if anything is done from her end. For more than 2 years i am trying to get appointments with multiple specialists and seems like the referrals either were not sent or lost somewhere in the ancient fax system. After booking multiple follow up appointments with dr. Dragan to ask if she can send the reminders again to specialists offices, nothing is changed. I called specialist office the other day to ask the reason of such a long wait for an appointment. They said the referral was never received from dr. Dragan office. 2 years were waisted. Admin office is alwade and seem like don't care much.

Dr. Dragan is extremely knowledgeable and patient. My entire family has switched to her and everyone is being cared for well. She takes time to listen to you and explain in a way that you can understand and apply for yourself.
