I am all for inclusion but when I get a cross dressed clerk that belittles me because I am trying to find dinosaurs, construction vehicles, animals, or green, or brown tones, or something to match my 6 year old grandson's tastes and the clerk makes fun of me because I am not impressed with mauve with butterflies, or pink with flowers THAT is going too far!!!!!! Customer service is about the CUSTOMER -- not about someone being an activist for the LGBTQ2S community!

Staff are so friendly, they always ask what you're working on and will often offer suggestions for your projects. Great selection, though I wish the sales weren't member only, the membership is pretty expensive.

Nice store but need to buy a membership to get any discounts. They didn't have the zippers I was looking for sadly and I might have bought other things but I am not a member.

My Wife and I was looking for Curtain panels. Finding few in clearance area and took to cashier and asked if the matching second one could be same as clearance price. Manager came and said they are identical so you can have both for clearance price. We accepted and asked to check the size and quality and while doing that , they changed their mind and said NO. we were told customers swaps the inside and this does not qualified, so every time for every piece you need to come to cashier and check the price!!

I love this location, the staff have always been super friendly to me and helpful anytime I've gone there with a project and they have a really awesome selection especially for the space of the location. It's worth getting a membership if you do lots of sewing projects, their membership deals are amazing!

It was my first time ever shopping for fabric and sewing supplies, and my first time in Fabricland. I was pleasantly surprised with the vast selection and price. The woman that helped us at the cutting table was quite unpleasant. I would not return to this location.

Friendly and helpful staff who offer great suggestions when asked. Also super helpful in tracking down specific patterns too. Good prices if you have a membership which is well worth the cost if you are into fabric crafts.

Absolutely delightful. Winnie and Lesley are so knowledgeable.One of the few stores I consistently enjoy. Even if I need something that they don't have, I can usually find a alternative that works out better.
