I was looking for a plumber and I found them. They answered my call right away and were able to come out the same day. The plumber was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to fix my leaky pipe in no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber!

In case of emergency, sure they are available 24/7 but it did take them 6 hours to arrive and they just pawned me off to a company called Pro-Drain on the south shore. The plumber that did do the work was missing equipment and charged me the time to go to the hardware store and wasn't able to provide a full receipt on the spot (his excuse was that he had forgotten it in another service vehicle). The job is adequate.Their pricing is probably highest in the industry.I unfortunately had my first choice plumber cancel on me, so having taken the day off already I wanted to call a local plumber.My first mistake was to not check the address in google street view. 6009 monk is not a real business address.The second mistake was to not realize that the 5 star reviews are most likely fake. The fake reviewers have 1-2 reviews and some of the fake reviewers review the EXACT SAME companies, so sketchy.Calling this facade of a local plumber and dealing with Pro-Drain was a costly mistake. If you can shop around do so and use this plumbing service as a last resort.They get the 1 star for:-Misleading company address-Fake reviews-High prices-Actually a company called Pro-DrainI wouldn't trust Plombier Monk either. Likely a fake business as well.

Au téléphone, la personne avait dit clairement $175 de l'heure, frais minimum qui comprend la première heure de travail. La plupart du temps, tout est fait dans cette première heure, précise-t-elle. Ça semble clair. Et elle ajoute que c'est pour une équipe de 2. Pourquoi 2? C'est comme ça, dit-elle. Bon. Un seul gars arrive à 12h10 (il dit avec raison deux pour déboucher un tuyau? Pourquoi?"). Le gars demande si je fais souvent affaire avec des plombiers. Très rarement
