Willowgreen Dental

I have no comment on the quality of there dental work at Willowgreen. What I have been is financially devastated by the deviation of a financial plan to afford only the necessary treatments mostly covered by insurance. After my wife’s appointment at 1:15pm the 18th of November 2022 I find out that they had done more work than was set out in our affordable plan by more than $500. I want people to be aware that this business does not look out for your financial well being. I desperately needed a winter coat not an unexpected $600.00 dental bill. The additional work was supposed to be deferred to next year’s insurance coverage. I did not have money to afford this. I been on disability for 16 years. How absolutely damaging.

Yesterday I had the privilege of a very professional and pleasant teeth cleaning and check up. The office was nice and the front staff was friendly. I filled out my form as I was a new patient. It wasn't long before my name was called. I was extremely fortunate to get Ryan the Dental Hygienist. He was very clean and professional looking. After speaking with him I found out he has been at the location for 2.5 years and had worked 10 years previous at another dental office. The chairs had a massage setting which felt good on my back and when I looked up they had tv's on the roof. Head phones where available as well. I felt relaxed. My teeth had lots of plague as I never floss. Ryan did an amazing on my teeth. They can out feeling clean and fresh. The Dentist came shortly after and was pleasent to speak too and I felt comfortable right away. This place is very professional and they did a spot on job. I recommend them to anyone

Willow green is great. They have been caring for my teeth every 6 months since I moved here. The staff are excellent, and making going to the dentist" a nice and relaxing experience."

At Willowgreen the welcome is always warm, and the wait time short. The staff puts people at ease and all are professional and yet very friendly. What I appreciate is the sense of kindness" with which I am treated. To me this is important. Holly is my dentist and she is thorough

Very friendly receptionist and warm caring environment. Rozanna and Dr. Hunter is kind and explains each procedure very well which eases my anxiety overall. Very competent friendly professionals.

We have been using Willowgreen Dental since they opened. All of the staff are friendly, efficient and professional. They provide excellent dental care in a relaxed setting. I appreciate that the patient is involved in making decisions about the treatment plan based on information of the options provided by the dentist.

I can’t say enough what a great place this is! The atmosphere is pleasant and cheerful, the service is amazing, the space is clean with nice decor and lots of natural light. First rate in every respect! Thank you!

I went to this dentist for 11 years and I have always paid. I have recieved probably 20 pieces of mail from them asking for $87 and now their latest letter has a rude note. I don’t have a credit card anymore and I haven’t been to the dentist since the last appointment. I was going to pay when I went in next. But this rudeness has made me want to change dentists. I also no longer plan on paying.Loyalty means nothing here.

My son got his first dental checkup yesterday. Dinalle was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I recommend her 100%
