Staff were knowledgeable/helpful without hovering over me. Took my time to see all the styles and what worked for me the best. Comphy and for an older gal I feel pretty hip. Lol ;) happy feet

Went in waited around to be even acknowledged by the girl having a conversation for over 10 mins, so I could buy work boots continued to be ignored so left that's when she acknowledged my wife and I already to late will not be back. Online it is thanks. Happened April 28th 2019.

Ah-Mazing Store! Owner/Manager is top tier, really enjoyed her interpretive song and dance with each purchase (make sure to set aside ~30 min, it's a long performance). Jk, solid store though.

Looked all over the place for a retail shoe store that was selling Red Wing boots in the E. Kootenay, and as a last ditch effort I walked into Talaria in the Platzl in Kimberley, and they had a pair in my size! You just can't beat local when it comes to things you need to try on. Great store, great service.
