this was a one time stop. never again! i should have listened to the motorcycle community and not go there. way pricier than initial quote, always came up with something extra. took way longer than promised. installed parts not tightened proper. had to get the bike to a different store right after to be able to ride. worst experience in town for me.

Low-key facade hides an amazing wealth of clothing, accessories and parts in a clean and well-appointed shop. But, best of all, we limped into Grande Prairie with cords showing on our front tire, they were a 'port in a storm'. They had a selection of tires available and fit us in the schedule quickly to get us back on the road (at speed) for the last few thousand miles of our 10,000+ mile journey. Highly recommend this excellent business!

Very bad experience. Was not very friendly, added costs at payout not on original quote. Dropped my baby off with not a spec of dirt and got it back same day covered in dust and greasy hand marks. Yeah cheap price cheap labour and cheap service. Won't make that mistake again...

Top Gear Cycle is your spot if you need service or parts in Grande Prairie… Garrin and the crew there are unbelievably helpful and knowledgable.I went in wondering if I’d be able to find a tire for my GS at all, but their tire selection is massive! They let me pull the wheel myself so they could mount the tire quickly and I left about an hour later with a brand new tire installed. It was awesome to get back on the road so quickly. I can’t recommend them enough!

I would give zero if I could. I was quoted 3hrs maximum to install pre wired handle bars at $115/hr I knew I needed a clutch and cable kit which was $550. But my final bill was $1400. But not only that.. I was told my bike was in heated storage until I was ready for delivery but when I got there to pay my bill and look at my bike. It was in the freaking snow!!! My girl never had a snow flake on her since I owned it!!! The lies and how my bike was treated are unexceptable. I won't be going there again!!!
