Sometimes apps are difficult to figure out, but when I went to “activate” my Tim Horton’s free birthday sandwich wrap, the lady at this location not only clicked what I needed to do, she got me a nice large orange pekoe tea on top when I did not know it included a drink, and after another person who made the order brought the drink, she delivered another nice bonus, a beautiful smile and a “hope you have a nice birthday”. Thank you Navjot!

Yeah, I'm not even sure what to say about this location anymore. I guess it's my fault for reordering from this place but the amount of times they've gotten my order wrong or I have an entire item missing is astounding. Probably the worst timmies location that I've ever ordered from ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The worst customer service. The girl walked inside even after noticing that I was standing there to order. I don't know about other people but I was super polite with her and she didn't even tell when my food was ready. She just left it on the counter and went inside again. Very bad experience. And what's the point of tim hortons is open but we don't have any food.

The person who was working around heard me asking for chicken wrap and came, the lunch menu wasn't ready yet but was very helpful. He offered to make it for me even though they were serving breakfast as he said it chicken is almost done". Really appreciate the gesture. Thank you!"

The barista was super helpful, approachable and friendly. Service was efficient and no problems using my Tim's Rewards. They also have skimmed, 2% and Almond Milk alternatives.This is a great location for a Tim's to grab a cup of Joe whilst you fill up with gas!

I just want to take a moment to appreciate the two older ladies (although not old) that work here. It is the best Tim Hortons around. Theyre quick and the food is a lot nicer than the other Tim's in the area.

The quality of my order was abysmal. I ordered 5 minutes ahead on the app and they didn’t start making it until 5 minutes after I arrived. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cream and it was cut horribly and I wasn’t even given enough spread to cover the entire thing, let alone extra. The donuts weren’t ready at all either and it’s like every time I go there, I have to expect the worst and they somehow do worse than that. It’s really not that hard to pay attention and do your job.
