Kim, one of their hygienists is amazing. She is extremely calm and gentle and makes me feel very comfortable in the chair ( which sounds like an oxymoron). I live out of province and schedule my cleanings specifically with Kim when I come back to Edmonton.

Following another major incident with a visible crown that broke, Paula was able to book me the next day for an extended appointment with Dr. Dutilwho once again did an excellent restoration job and saved my crown. Academy Dental have been my dentristry providers for 35 plus years. Throughout this time their high quality of dental service has never diminished. If you checked the clinic reviews, you will notice that every review is five starts, that cannot be truth. As you cannot perform your service without some concerns, issues and client's personal expectation.I tried to get an appointment and they calculated a price higher than on the book. For checking, one unit polishing, and 2 unit cleaning they asked for $580!!! when you might check the Book and the price should be less $300 !!!

Dr Dutil and his entire team were great! Fully explaining all procedures and possible outcomes. Calm manner and gentle hand (even when extracting a wisdom tooth!) His dental assistants are caring and efficient. I've needed dental work 3 times in the past year, 4 if you include my cleaning and checkup. The experience keeps getting more positive every time. Thank you!

Everyone made me feel welcome and relaxed, from front office right through to the dentist exam. Never a fan of going to the dentist but this was best experience I could have had. Definitely recommend.

On time, entire staff from reception to Erin (Hygienist) to Dr. Isbister (dentist) are personable, helpful and genuine. No work is done that isn't necessary. You don't feel like you are going to the dentist, it feels like you are visiting friends.
