Police Seized Vehicle Section

I wish I could leave a 0. Absolutely horrible. The lady working in the middle desk is absolutely horrible. She's been there a long time and has been a horrible human being everytime I come there. The lies that come out of her mouth no one should be employing her. They need a security guard inside just to protect her.They have a sign stating you'll be removed from site if you swear. She is the reason that sign even exists.Also the towed my car after hours. I was there the next morning (less than 24 hours later) and I was charged 2 days. Try to complain? No one to complain to.

Went there, had to wait there 40 minutes staring at three different workers looking like they were doing nothing, telling me “ wait “ only to say the cost was 460 after saying on the phone it was only 160. They wrongly impounded our electric scooters for no insurance which in law requires no insurance or registration. This is clearly a scheme for the police to make money off hard working innocent individuals while treating them like criminals and holding their property. The staff looks like they are miserable and have no choice but to listen to their superiors.

This location has horrible people. The receptionist at the front desk has a horrible personality. This location victimizes and be-littles those who enter -> had to collect personal property from our vehicle that was stolen and the insurance paid it out: was strictly limited on access to getting our possesions out. Watched like a hawk while given 10 minutes to collect as much as possible". May no one ever have to go here! Having the vehicle stolen was more pleasant than getting the stuff inside back!"

Dealt with the worst human being I have ever crossed paths with in my entire life. Zero exaggeration. I don't know what has to happen to you in your life for you to become such a miserable person. I was polite the entire time, didn't complain once or ask for any type of leniency, yet I was treated like complete garbage from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The woman at the desk is the human embodiment of receiving a lump of coal in your stocking for Christmas. I hope she gets the help she needs because she is awful.

Vehicle was stolen and brought here. I was the victim but staff treated me like the criminal. Absolutely unproffesional angry people work behind the glass wall. If you hate your job so much maybe you need to find other employment instead of being so rude. I get it's not a happy job but a positive polite manner to people goes a long way. Unhelpful and unkind. Seriously unhealthy work environment. Judged guilty as soon as I walked in the door. Be prepared for a hostile experience!!!

I cannot believe this is the service offered by the police... I was in a collision and had my vehicle towed here. They treated me like I was a criminal. After already having a really stressful week, they made it 10 times worse.The ladies up front, and I mean all three that I had talked to between my two visits, had terribly rude attitudes which was so unprofessional. Its like they get paid to make the process hell.I understand the employees there probably have to deal with some rude, irritable people, but in a position with any sort of customer service, they should not take that out on others that are trying to be kind to them.Bottom line, extremely unprofessional management and service. I recommend towing your vehicle (if you have the choice) off of a cliff before considering this service.

Every encounter I had with the ladies that work there was fantastic. They were kind, understanding and explained everything fully. Never had one issue. I think some of these other bad" reviews had nothing to do with the people working there

I was having a bad day and dreading my visit but I was pleasantly surprised. The people here were very kind and reasonable, best part of my day! However I do believe that I got towed for no reason, so minus 1 star, Mario! $$$

The demeanour of one the older ladies working there is beyond incomprehensible and outright hostile. Everyone else working there was pleasant to deal with.*** If anyone reads this that works here, tell the lady to visit a primary care doctor as she might be in early stage CHF or have an undetected pulmonary issue. She presented with two distinctive symptoms that suggest this.
