They have bad customer service, if you have 1 problem with then then nevermind getting any information or voucher. They say yeah we have vouchers and never accepts, you want to leave a complaint to the department they never contact you back...Please if you come to Canada, AirCanada is the way to go, the price is exactly the same with better customer service!

Overpriced for animal handling! And they make up rules during covid times. Search the country requirements before hand print them and show them that they are making stuff up.Employees not informed!

If I could provide 0.1 * I was going to rate them. Horrible horrible service; no human respect, dirty plan, no screen, poor customer service...this was my first round trip and last with this air lines. Even if the ticket is frre with a 5K $ as a gift no thank you....
