Georgia is honestly the best! After attending only three classes, I have found my happy place. I would recommend Infinite Wellness to anyone and everyone, for a fun workout!

There is singularly nothing I have done in improving my health, stamina, strength and body composition more than taking Pilates classes with Georgia at Infinite Wellness. Having taken Pilates classes across Canada none have compared to the expert guidance on form, technique, and ultimate results as achieved with Georgia. The studio is welcoming to ALL from first time new comers to seasoned attendees. Georgia’s focus on ensuring your form is correct with endless diverse exercise routines addressing all muscle groups makes for an exceptionally interesting, challenging and motivating class. All are encouraged to find their rhythm working your way up to managing true strength building and stability in motion for both young and not so young ;)Best decision ever!
