I went here and ended up testing positive of the equivalent of 12 glasses of wine. It was so rushed and the women said she doesn’t want to deal with anything as she should be finished work by now. The procedure wasn’t carried out properly, rushed and fishy - I had no I.D on me and she did it, and The guy before me passed with Zero after he’d been drinking and was very surprised. Hmmmmmmm. I don’t know but I had one glass of wine over 12 hours prior to the breathalyzer…

I had hopes that the surehire in Kelowna would be better than the one in Calgary, sadly this is not the case. This entire company is run so poorly I can’t put it into civil words. If you are a contractor please use Can-Am or anyone other than this garbage company.Scheduled appointments canceled 15 minutes before they are supposed to happen. Always late to start every appointment that they do manage to properly put into the system.Nothing is worse than having to take time out of your day to do a drug and alcohol test, but Surehire manages to do just that. Make everything worse.

i tried multiple times to book an appointment for a hair follicle test with Sarah in the Court ordered drug test dept. I hope you never have the displeasure of dealing with her. do not hold your breath for her to call you back because she won't. If you have a time sensitive test to take, Sarah won't care. Dont waste your time sensitive issues because this company won't help you. I called dynamic testing and Robyn got back to me right away. was that so hard?
